January 18, Dear Sir/Madam:Chesapeake was at property, *** *** **, Red Lion, Pawhen home was deliveredIt was a tight delivery of their home because he was to have site prepared for home delivery and did notThe roof of home lightly touched the roof of his shedIt did not do any damage but just brushed itThe owner, *** ***, told our service men that it was no big deal and not to worry about it.The home was delivered 4/3/and we did a lot of work that dayWe returned on the 11th, and the 25th to do service work and he never mentioned the roof again.He did call us about his a/c not working and we told him to call the warranty agentWe told him it did have a warranty, and he needed to call the warranty companyWe never heard any more about either problem till now thru your letter.As you can see with the enclosed work orders we were at his house several times and he could have mentioned these issues then, if they were in fact an issue.The home has a warranty thru factory, the appliances have a warranty thru the manufacture of appliance, the water heater and furnace has its own warranty thru their manufacture and the a/c has its own warrantyThe home is like any other home that is built.We would have answered this complaint sooner but we only just now got this letterYou mailed the letter to the wrong addressWe sold *** *** from our Abbottstown location which he can attest to.If you have any further questions, you can contact me at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Gerald H

as you can see it was not a little tap to the building it moved roof 1.5 inch from foundation
and I paid for the damges to central air and jerry was told and no respond I still was not paid for central air or 1200 for well building roof he tries to wiggle out of everything, I do have more pics if...

Review: I gave a $1000.00 deposit on a home on Sept 23 2013, on Sept 25 2013 I called and told him we changed our mined we did not want the home, he said he deposited the check that I would have to wait 2 week to get the deposit back I took the man at his word & did not stop payment (mistake) well on Oct. 9 2013 he called and told me he was not giving back my mony.Desired Settlement: I want my $1000.00 back
