We received this work order from Tenant on Jan (Work # ***) saying no heatResolution: part of the maintenance we Relite the PilotWe received a second work order from tenant on Jan (work order# ***) saying no heat.Resolution: Maintenance diagnosed the hvac unit and found pilot is shut
off so they relite the Pilot and we ordered Transformer for the tenant.on 02/09/(work order# ***), tenant opened the work order that pilot is not staying (how ever we are waiting on part)on 02/10/(work order# ***), We replaced the transformer for this hvac unitTenant heat is not working fine and tested for Carbon Monoxide leaks, leaks and found no leaks.Certified HVAC technician work on this task is: Shawn(*** Property Management) Please let me know if you have any other questions
