that she purchased does include all of our available Services so we believe that maybe there was a miscommunication about what services were performed. As she did not make her complaint until after she left our premises, it is very difficult to determine.Our employees are trained according to our company policy to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with their services. When we do have a customer that mentions a problem, the front counter personnel is trained to immediately have the vehicle re-washed or to have the service in question re-done. Our policy is to ensure that the customer is happy, but we do not issue refunds-we correct the work instead. This holds true for the customer in question, We invite her to bring her vehicle back to our facility, and we will be happy to give her another No. 1 Wash for free.We also very much disagree with her comment that our employees do not take pride in their work. Most of our employees are long term ones who have been with us for years. We stand by them as they have time and again proven their worth.John *.
