Review: Hello there!

Long story short.. I purchased a 2003 [redacted] (50k miles on it) from Cheseldine Auto located in [redacted], MD literally 5 months ago (at max) for $7,500. Well, I have had to purchase a new engine, timing belt, water pump, power steering pump, and now my computer is going bad ($2,500 without the purchase of a new computer.. a computer would be roughly $3,000). I called Cheseldine to see if there was any way to trade the car in and they pay off the $7,500 car loan. Needless to say they are telling me the only thing they can offer is a “free” diagnostic test knowing I live in [redacted], MD and the car is unable to be driven. I looked up the “Maryland Lemon Law” which states that within the first 24 months of purchasing a car any “major” issues would either be covered by the seller of the vehicle, or reimbursed. They will not do either. I don’t know where else to turn and hope that you will be “on my side” ? I am 16 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and really just need them to claim that they did sell me a lemon and work with me on replacing the car.

Do you think you can help? (Please say yes!!)Desired Settlement: I was sold a Lemon and under "Maryland Lemon Law" I feel an adequate settlement amount would be the cost of the vehicle which is $7,500 that I paid cash only approximately 5 months ago. I have put over $3,000 into the vehicle within the last two weeks. If they are willing to pay the $7500, they can have the car back!! If not, I am willing to trade-in my vehicle if they will take the $7500 off of a different car.
