August 9, 2016Dear *** ***:We have received your compliant and we have prepared documents to proof our innocence from all this allegations*** *** have contacted us claiming that we have scratched his top and broke it in two areasBefore we left his house, numerous pictures
were taken of the top(Please see attached pictures)Clearly, someone else who is currently working in his bathroom scratch and brook the marble topThe before and after pictures clearly show that when we left his house, the marble top was clear from any defectsWhen *** *** was confronted with the before and after pics of the marble top, he had nothing to say since it's clear we didn't commit any damage to his pieceWe don't leave job location unless we inspect the top that was installed and clean off the premisesSink cutout were properly cut according to industry standardCaulking must be inserted between sink lip and marble top to avoid any leakageThis was explained numerous times to *** *** but he is still not convincedExcess epoxy was removed and cleaned off the marble topNo repairs of cracks took place on job site nor at our facility since marble tends to be a fragile material and if it was really cracked or broken, like he claims, we wouldn't been able to transfer it from our shop location to his houseFinally, we will not refund *** *** since every time he contact us, he asks for a different amountOn Revdex.com, he is requesting for $400, in his text messages, he requested $(See attached pics) or he will file a complaint in court which my lawyer is aware of itHe is extremely rude, and impoliteWe are confident in our workmanship and refunding him would show that we made a mistake and that's nottrue.Sincerely,Rami F
