The customer had credit issues We couldn't get to the payment he wanted because of his credit They had a choice whether to take a higher payment or simply not take the car Nothing we did wrong!

To Whom It May Concern, I am not sure what happened about the situation as it was almost a year ago, but I did look into the deal and see that the refund was not issued. I just called and left a voicemail for *** *** that I am having a check cut right now and he can stop down
and pick it up at anytime today. I'm sorry about any confusion. We are making it right today!Vincent P***Sales Manager

To Whom It May Concern, In response to this rejection, I understand that *** *** is upset that he received a text message and voicemail (not a phone call) and is concerned about the falsification... There is nothing about the dealership reaching out to anyone simply stating that we have someone interested in his car and would like to buy it. This is not a lie! We do want to buy his car. We will still buy his car today if he comes down to the dealership and gives us an opportunity to look at it and give him a value. Either way, our intentions are not to upset anyone. In the original Revdex.com complaint, *** *** statedand I copied the statement"Desired Settlement: Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim I want them to stop this campaign because it is advertisingI also do not want them to ever contact me again." As I said in the first response, I have discontinued the advertisement and removed *** *** from our system completely. Any other suggestions are welcome!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: first, in order to receive a voicemail there must be a phone callSecond, if you claim there is a buyer but there actually is none then that is a lieThey admitted on the phone to me that there was no customer and it was a marketing campaignApparently there definition of lying is different then mine
Regards,
*** ***
