Review: On September 3, 2013 I went to Chester County Pools to inquire about purchasing and installing a new pool liner. I was told that if they couldn't install the pool liner in the fall I would be one of the first to have it installed in the spring of 2014 and if I paid the deposit then it would hold my spot and I would get the 2013 pricing instead of the 2014 pricing. I paid the $250 that day. Needless to say - the liner didn't get installed in the fall. At the end of April 2014 I started calling Chester County Pools. I was told that they would start working on their installation schedule in the next couple weeks and to call back. I called back in the beginning of May. On May 9, 2014 I went to Chester County Pools and paid the balance of my installation and liner and even picked up my liner that had been ordered for me in the fall. I was told they were getting the installations going. Since then I have called every few weeks and inquired as to where I was on the list. Each time I was told a different number and that I was moving up the list but not very quickly. How could I have been 13th on the list at the beginning of June and still not have the liner today? Now it is August 4th and I still don't have my liner installed. Pool season is all but over now and my children will not be able to enjoy the pool at all this season. Of course when I called today to ask for my installation money back I am now next on the list to have the pool installed on Wednesday. The liner may be installed just in time to close the pool. I have used this company for over 12 years and never had a problem. Apparently the family that has owned the company since it's inception sold it and the new owners are still advertising that they have been in business for 60 years. Their customer service is beyond awful. They over promised and under delivered. I feel I was lied to every time I called to see what the status was and we were unable to enjoy the pool.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of my installation money. $636

Review: We ordered a pool and install from this business. We placed a significant down payment and were told the install would take place in 2 weeks. After getting the run around for over two weeks they began install on Thursday only to work a few hours each day. We were told on Friday it would be finished today, Saturday. Once again the crew left after a few hours not to finish the job. When we called the owner told us, it would now be Monday. With rain expected, I don't see this happening. We have already changed scheduled plans many times because of this company. We cannot continue to do this.Desired Settlement: For the job to be finished properly and without delay.
