Green Fox made efforts to contact me in order to rectify the problems I had listed. The project manager brought the two installers with him to the site and they proceeded to try and fix the problems. I am not sure if the problems are fixed to my satisfaction yet because I have yet to experience cold weather on the windows; however the door was adjusted and works better, as well the part to repair the door was left with me and the discretion to install it is my own.
I am still dissatisfied with the fact that no apology was made for the way I was treated by their head office regarding the $100.00 and the unfriendly correspondence, also I am no pleased with the refusal to compensate me in any way for the many hours spent waiting for the installers to show up at the job without notifying me they would be there.
