To whom it May,Ms *** ***, has been a tenant of mine since May 1977.She is now in her mid 70's,with early signs of dementia ,arthritis not able to do what she used to do.Her daughter is trying to get her mother to move, I have told Ms*** that it is time for her to movethe bathroom is on the
second floor, her bedroom is the second floor, they have recently moved in ahospital bed in the front room on the first floorSome of the items mention have been repaired, some of the items mention are new to me The repairs listed is due to Ms*** not able to clean like she used to do and the daughter feels like Ishould do them for her The mother had locked the windows for fear of a break in.Most of the items will be repair, some of the items will not because they are the mothers' stuff that shehas gather through the years.We have no problem if you want to do a home inspection to see for your self that all these things arenot a landlord responsible.Sincerely,Chester EJenkins
