He apparently is a preacher but not a man of integrity. He has basically run off with our money and does not reply to our texts, calls or emails. The work he did was fair quality, especially when he calls himself a 'Master Carpenter'. He rarely if ever arrived at the time he said we would. We had to contact him most days to see if he or his crew were coming. He over-promised and under-delivered. Now we know why his estimate was way below the others. He's a smooth talker and people-pleaser, but please don't get deceived like we did.'m going to talk with my attorney before I move forward.

Mrs. [redacted] gave me a check for $[redacted]00 on 10/10/17. I order the appliances on line and had a delivery date of 10/25. When the appliances came in it was not what I order. The order was cancelled and I was told that the stove was on back order and I would get a call and they would do a...

rush order. I intern went to [redacted] and order the  appliances. After I received a call from Mr. [redacted] about them calling [redacted]'s to check to see If I had order the appliances I intern emailed them my contact name and the store I order the appliances from. The manager agreed to take my order because I have did business with them before and pay for it when it came in because I had a temporary visa card due to my account being compromised on cyber Monday. Her name is [redacted] and she can verify what I'm saying.( [redacted]) Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] called [redacted] and talk to her and ask her had I paid for it. When she told them no, but didn't explain why they cancelled the order and sent me and email cancelling the contract. They had a balance owe of $[redacted] plus some extra work that was done. We remodeled her entire kitchen build a pantry room, had there A/C line moved along with electric lines, install tilt in pantry room, replaced tiles that was damage in the kitchen, installed eight pull out drawers that was not apart of the contract, and the appliance was the last thing to be done. I don't know if this is a way of them getting money back and not paying for the extra work that was done and  installing the appliance themselves because he did say he would do them. This couple has not been on the same page. When you talk to him and then talk to her it has been two different answer about what they want done. I have been in and out of town due to a death in the family and had not had time to address this issues. Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter. [redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because it does not address any of the issues we brought up in our previous rejection.  Attached are all the files that correspond to our complaint, including the contract, screenshots of texts, and photos of unfinished work.  You are welcome to attach proof of your orders from [redacted], especially the one that was supposedly rush ordered on 10/25.I have also filed a complaint through [redacted] and will make a response there.  I apologize for my harsh words there made in anger.  My desire is not just the [redacted] refund of our $[redacted] total payment, which I think is very fair, but also to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.Regards,[redacted]
