bring the car back because they didn't honor their side. She told me she would not bring the car back until she purchases another one. I told her that wasn't an option. She had the car for over two months. I told her if she brought it back I would give her the money back. She told me good luck finding it because she didn't live at that address she gave us. Review: I went to this business in good faith. To buy a vehicle. After looking at their inventory, I decided on a 2010 Nissan Altima. I paid $1310 dollars. $1000 down for the car, and $310 dollars for insurance. I was told that I would have to do a phone interview with autotrakk, which is the loan company used by the dealership. I was informed by the dealership to tell autotrakk that I paid $1500 down. When I received a call from austral to do the interview, I was asked how much I put down to which I said $1500, I was then asked what was the mileage one the car and at the time it was 41.308. I was the. Told that it wasn't what was reported by the dealership and they would have to investigate the issue. I was then called back and told that it was an error, and I would have to sign new paperwork with new mileage on it. I declined to do so because I was uncomfortable with the whole deal because of the inconsistency of information. I requested to return the vehicle and get my $1000 back. I agreed to return the vehicle and was told that I would receive my down payment. I preceded to take the car back on 10/10/2013. When I reached the dealership, there was no one there. I made contact with a rep from the dealership, I told him that I was at the dealership but there was no one there. He informed me that they close at 7pm and they probably stayed until 7:30. I did not leave the vehicle because I would have had to leave it on the street, and I did not want anything to happen to it. I drove back home and. Parked the vehicle in front of my residence. I woke up on 10/11/2013 with intentions on taking the vehicle back. When I got outside, I discovered that the vehicle was gone. I called the police to make a report, only to find out that the vehicle was repossessed. I don't feel that it should have been placed in repossession because I was returning it. I feel that this is an unfair business practice. All I wanted was to return the vehicle and get my down payment back..Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive my down payment back and not have a repossession on my credit report, and be done with the issue. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Review: Hello I am writing you because I am trying to remedy the horrible experience I am having due to the misleading and false accusations of Chester pike Auto. On July, 30, 2013 I purchased a car from Chester Pike Auto I picked out a 2012 dodge Charger I filled out an credit a[redacted]ication and was approved for no money down by [redacted] Financial Services upon approval I closed out my former loan with [redacted] for my 2008 Dodge Charger now after having my car for 30 days I get a call from [redacted] at Chester Pike Auto Sales saying the bank killed the deal because my job couldn't be verified so I need to bring "his car back" or else figure something out with [redacted] and get them to accept the deal. I contact [redacted] Financial Services on August 29th and spoke with [redacted] the Deal Manager who informed me that the deal was not sent back because of me but because the dealership gave them fraudulent information so I needed to refer back to Chester Pike Auto Sales for more information upon contacting Chester Pike Auto Sales for two days I was unable to reach [redacted] as they said he was out sick and to call back tomorrow which would be August 31st 2013 after calling and no response I return home from work August 31st and my car is Repo'd by Chester Pike Auto the car containing 300 worth of work su[redacted]ies and my children's car seats without anyone reaching out to me for their wrong doing I contacted the dealership (Chester Pike Auto) for the return of my work bag and the car seats however he says he's not interested in returning my belongings now I don't have any way to get around seeing that I gave my first car back after signing the contract for the new car I have disabled children who have regular medical needs and would be life threatening without means of travel after I signed my contract with [redacted] and he said congratulations on your new car ant Happy Birthday... it turned out not so happy after allDesired Settlement: as a result in them lying to me and [redacted] Financial services I don't have a car whereas I had one before they lied and they should honor the contract that I signed

I am rejecting this response because:During the time off application I stated that my company changed from [redacted] to [redacted] just to show consistency, Although the company has changed I've Worked for the same employer 8 years I gave both contact numbers start and stop date from previous company and current paystubs from the current company.

I spoke with the Vice President of [redacted] Financial Services who said all chester pike auto sales had to do was Re-submit the application with the correct telephone number for [redacted] because they put [redacted] as the current employer ( a simple error) however Chester Pike Auto Sales was unwilling to comply saying that [redacted] Financial didn't want to deal with chester pike any longer which is confusing and fishy because I only had the car for a month I Reached out to [redacted] financial agin who informed me that information I was provided by chester pike was inaccurate and that it must be something personal towards me and if chester pike was unwilling to resubmit the application they would not be able yo assist me.I went to Chester Pike to pick up a few things I left in the car and the employees there were truly disrespectful and were unwilling to resubmit my application and have me a hard time with the return of my belongings. However at this time due to Chester Pike Auto repeatedly running my credit with different banks I now have eleven hard inquires on my credit report which makes it hard for me to acquire credit with anyone
