us know they had a scratch and a dent in their jeep. We picked the vehicle up from the customers place of employment and had an outside vendor remove the dent and we touched up the scratch with touch-up paint. We then delivered the vehicle back to the customer. The customer told us that they thought we were repainting the area that was scratched rather than just touching it up as we had explained to them that we would do. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and we will do what is necessary to fix the scratch. We have scheduled an appointment for Monday, October 19th for the scratch to be fixed. We contacted Mr. [redacted] on October 13th and he stated he would have Mrs. [redacted] call us back to verify that appointment day would work for her. Unfortunately I work all day that day. I just started a new job and it's very hard for me to leave at this point in time. I may be able to drop it off the night before, but it has to later in the week.
