A review of our records indicate that all water bills were mailed to the following address:*** *** *** *** ** *** Payments for the invoices were not received by the required due date. As a resultlate notices were issued. *** *** made payments each time
after the notice was issued. However, we have record of receiving only one call from *** *** regarding his payment which was on 2/23/17. All of our records are time and date stamped as soon as the account is touched by a CWA Employee - which confirms receipt of only the one call as noted. *** *** should have received an email when the ebill was available for him to view on our customer portal. The bill is not sent via email for confidentiality purposes. According to our review the late fees charged to this account were appropriate
In reviewing this account - I cannot provide an explanation on the delay in the customer refund. According to our records, a refund check was processed today (CWA Check #***) in the amount of $24.58. This matter will be reviewed with the appropriate staff. Please

Review: I alerted the water company that I was going to be in the hospital for an undetermined length of time and requested the services be turned off until I was released from the hospital they have been charging me a monthly service fee for services not provided which is $30.00 ,I called and spoke to them about the matter but made no progess.The water has been off since January 2014 I don't believe I should be charged these fees. Thank you in advance for any and all assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: The $30.00 fee removed from my bill and restoration of services.
