customer’s ticket without asking. Our sales team goes through extensive training on how to ring up customers the proper way, and I can assure you that adding warranty’s without the customers consent is not part of that trainingIt is apparent that we need more work on this subject, and I appreciate you making me aware of that factI am also disappointed to hear that we charged you the wrong price. We post our prices on our website and in the store so that our customers can know how much their parts will cost before they spend the time to pull them off the car. In addition, our managers are given authority to lower prices on any part if needed to make the customer happy.
