I was very concerned when I read the email, and I wanted to address the complaints immediatelyI understand Mr [redacted] frustration and I can assure both you and him that we certainly did not intend to mislead or deceive him in any way.We go to great lengths to make pricing policies that will apply to the broadest range of customers Sometimes we fall short on our ability to convey those pricing policies clearly to our customers, and for that I apologizeWe will be more than happy to pay Mr*** the $we deductedI only wish that he had reached out to us directly so that we may have had the opportunity to remedy this situation sooner We can send the check to his address or he can come by at his leisure

Review: On the morning of 6/8/2016, I called cap and asked if they wanted to buy my 1995 f150. They said they would give 225.00 for it. I then told Mary the representative that the truck did not have wheels or the rear end, she said still 225. I rode over to the cap office that afternoon and spoke with Mary again. She ask me to sign over the title and they would pick it up on 6/13/2016. On 6/13/2016 the tow truck came to pick up the f150. The driver said he had to make a phone call, he came back and said he would only give 100.00 dollars, since the tires and rear end were not on the the truck. Now I told Mary on 6/8/2016 that the wheels and rear end were not on the truck and she still said it would be 225.00. They already had the title which I signed over to them on 6/8/2016. This is outright deception and misleading. I hope you can help me with this. ThanksDesired Settlement: Full price quoted to me
