I am the director. We had a parent who came in Monday - Wednesday of that week. On Thursday, she said she was not ready. I explained to her that if you attend for 3 days you are charged the full rate which she agreed upon when she enrolled. I...

spoke to the owner and got back to her to tell her we would stand by our policy. We want our customers to be happy, even if the do not stay because we want them to know they are welcome to come back.
