To whom it may concern,
">My name is *** *** and I am the Community Director at Chesterfield Gardens ApartmentsToday I received a letter in the mail from the Revdex.com in regards to claim #***After reviewing the complaint I have attached several documents and highlighted the sections that are relevant to this claimAs you review the documents, you will see that it clearly states that a resident is rent and utility responsible for the full term of the lease agreementEven if a resident leaves the residence prior to the lease end date, he/she is still legally responsible for the full term
The resident did make a visit to my office before vacating the apartment and I advised him at the time of what was stated in his lease agreement and even provided him with a copy of the attached letter stating that he was responsible for the full term of the lease, whether he vacated the apartment early or notI also gave him the option to break his lease early and what all that entailed
On August 21, 2015, the last day of the lease for apartment ***, I asked all of my staff members if they had received the keys from the resident, Igor GordienkoAll responses were no, which resulted in me making a call to the resident at the number we have provided, ***The resident did not answer so I left a message asking to call me back immediately to let me know if he had turned in his or maybe even left them in the apartment and that if I did not hear back from him within hours I was going to have to charge him for his keys not being returnedI received no such call back, therefor he was charged a fee of $for not returning his keys
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me

The resident did not answer so I left a message asking to call me back immediately to let me know if he had turned in his or maybe even left them in the apartment and that if I did not hear back from him within 24 hours I was going to have to charge him for his keys not being returned. I received no such call back, therefor he was charged a fee of $85 for not returning his keys. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me. Thank you so much,  [redacted]| Community Director | Chesterfield Gardens

Review: I moved out prior to my lease ending and notified the Apartment management team a head of schedule due to pending surgery dates. I cleaned and paid all bills for the apartment prior to moving out; I also have video evidence of me turning in the keys (all 3 plus, 1 copy each total of 6). Now the apartment complex is charging me for the water and utility bills, plus key cost.Desired Settlement: please refund full security deposit of 200$ to address listed on file.
