Ms. [redacted] has not returned linens that she rented.--- Police report filled in [redacted] for linen incident, linens are pronounced stolen or lost from kids ransacking the tents between pick up dates. 2. The replacement cost total with tax is $[redacted].   ----- Michelle verbal contracted with the [redacted]'s  in May that the cost was $[redacted] per piece. Amount then randomly changed from $[redacted] to $** with no reason.                                    �...⇄ 3. She had agreed to pay for them because she could not find them. ----- [redacted] has been in communication with Chesterfield Rental weekly, trying to find final and real cost of linens, has not had a paper delivered with reason for why linens are so much, with unused tents rented and not being reimbursed  (tents that were $[redacted] not being utilized and told 5/13/2017 I WOULD be reimbursed for cost) Have not seen any reimbursement for tent cost, another reason why Revdex.com had to be involved.                                                            ...⇄ 4. I worked with her for a payment plan, with her initial cash payment of $[redacted] to be paid on June 10, 2017.  --- Saturday June 10. Had family meeting, was not able to get to Chesterfield Rental in time before they closed at 12:00pm. [redacted] called Chesterfield Rental 11:30am June 10, 2017 was told payment could not be taken after hours today. Was told it was absolutely fine to come by Monday 6/12/2017 for payment. June 12, 2017 [redacted] bank [redacted] was unable to make cashiers check or money order for business because of all computers being down in area. [redacted] emailed Chesterfield Rental with new update about payment.                                    ...⇄ 5. This did not happen.------ As previously stated, Chesterfield Rental has been in communication with events.                                    �...⇄ 6. Now I am forced to take legal action.----- Again, This is a ridiculous and unprofessional outcome. For this reason why [redacted] is again nervous to pay Chesterfield Rental any amount that may or may not be due. 7. I have already started the process for swearing out a felony warrant for failure to return rental property.8. This will incur not only the replacement cost, but also the rental fees, court cost, and attorney fees.------ Hopefully Revdex.com can solve Chesterfield Rental Co unruly behavior to process with progress.
