The whole part is on his unit and it is new. It is quicker to replace the whole joint than to replace the boot. All the parts that he paid for are on the bike. I will refund the difference with the part from us and the one he found online if that will resolve the issue. I

Never received first complaint from Revdex.com. CVPS has not committed to the repair because CVPS has not inspected the PWC. The last and only contact with the customer was late October 2014. CVPS was under the impression that customer was going to bring PWC back to dealership within the 30 day...
warranty period to address customer concerns. CVPS knows nothing about some of the statements presented by the customer. Please have customer call XXX-XXX-XXXX so an appointment can be scheduled to inspect PWC at customers home. CVPS powersports is no longer in business, if necessary, please leave a message, someone will respond in a few days or less. Thank you.
