Chester's Harley Davidson in Mesa Arizona is sure making a name for itself among all my biker friendsNone of them will ever have anything to do with them again...in fact, they will go out of their way to avoid having to because of my experience...I have been flat out cheated, lied to, and called a liar by these care free worthless peopleThe customer service is non existant and the service flat out sucks! might as well be thugs running the joint, as this is the attitude I receive from them on every occassion, other than the initial saleI have a Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG that is leaking oil and pitching a Vin Error; started after my 10,mile service with themWhen I took it in for warranty service, I was told the oil leak was fixed and no Vinerror existed after they kept the bike for over a week and didnt even bother to call me when the bike was supposedly finishedWhen I called for a report they told me'oh yeah its done' 'can we set up a time to deliver it?' so, I get the bike the next day only to find it still leaking oil and pitching the vinerrorWhen I called and spoke to the service manager ,*** ***, and was told "no way!" I checked it myself and that it was not leaking oil and they never got the Vinerror while it was there, even though the tac was rolled over to the mileage odometer, like it does everyday when I start it and receive the said errorSo I drove that bike right on in and pointed out the drop of oil hanging from the primary housing mounting boltI was then given a song and dance about how they'll make it right, and here I am another week into waiting for more lies, when I decide to call them for a reportI wrote a letter to HD corporate, The Revdex.com, and am planning on letting HD Finance know their loan is going to be a lame duck if I cant make it to work, as I am disgusted with this sanctioned robbery and insultive behaviorIf I wanted to get robbed and beat down I would just go back to the Chicago hood I grew up in...I don't expect this crap from a multinational corporation...or should I?
Sincerely

Review: I dropped my 2013 Ultra Classic CVO for a 10K service. With a list of items I found during a recent 5K 26 day ride. My speedometer was off compared to GPS and highway mile markers, the front brakes were not operating properly, my clutch was not adjusted properly, my high beam was incorrectly adjusted, ft and rr tires needed changed, saddle bag lid fell apart and my tour pak backrest fell apart as well. They changed the tires, changes the oil, adjusted the head light (maybe) and repaired the saddle bag lid. I had asked that they clean the rear when when they had it off and they said they would. When I got it back they told be the clutch was not adjustable??????, My speedometer\odometer was in Harley tolorence (10%) this means if I go 9000 miles, my odometer is going to show 10,000 miles. This is unacceptable to me., the front brake runout was fine. (Why do I still have a problem?) and they had to back order parts for the tour pak (understandable). After I got home, I looked at my rear wheel, it was even dirtier than it was when I left it with them with finger prints all over it. I paid top dollar for this motorcycle and expect top dollar service. They now will not return my phone calls, blocked my from their [redacted] page (what happened to freedom of speech? Are only good comments allowed on their [redacted]?)Desired Settlement: I want the speedometer repaired/replaced, the front brakes fixed and the clutch adjusted properly to my liking. If these things are not done, then I want my contract transferred to another HD dealer that is not associated with Chester's HD LLC.
