I am rejecting this response because: Mr H*** has been completely paid for his services rendered, that being said his company was fired because he was extremely unprofessional in his manor, as well as non cooperative with the owners of ** *** *** and I have since hired a new contractor who is listing all the items that where done dangerously incorrect by Mr H***;s Company Chestnut Hill I will be counter suing Chestnut Hill construction for misrepresentation, of his own contract as well as damages to my building and loss of wages due to his misrepresenting the time frame which he stated would be months from the initial signing of the contract. After much procrastinating, and seemingly confused Mr H***'s took well over months just to get the roof on which was left to rot and was not sufficiently supported for any reason other then he never got anyone to finish the support of roofHe blatantly and with no regard to my repeated requests let the unsupported roof to withstand the horrible winter storms, after numerous requests to protect itIt was a miracle it did not just fly off the building, this was the only thing "accomplished" besides putting in a tiny foundation which also was not put in properly in the dead of winter storms in FebruaryI have lost one year of work because Mr H*** could not ever seem to get this job going or done properly, so I will be taking legal action as well, for my lost wages for the year as well as damages to my building
Regards,
