Review: I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother, [redacted], with an address of [redacted]. I went to fill up her car at this Exxon gas station on 03/13/13 at approximately 07:30 p.m. When I arrived I verified the price of the gas as advertised for 93 gasoline (super) was 3.979 for credit. As a [redacted] Supermarket Club Member, my mother had earned 3 Gas Rewards Points which is equal to 30 cents of per gallon of gas up to 25 gallons at any Exxon Mobil gas station. At the pump, the first step in the process is it to enter your phone number if you want to use your [redacted] Gas Rewards Points. As such, I did so by entering [redacted] which is her phone number. It then asked me if I wanted to redeem my Gas Rewards for 30 cents off per gallon and I selected yes. Finally, it asked me to swipe my credit card. After completing all of these steps the pump said, Congratulations you have saved 30 cents per gallon or something to this effect. I pump the gas and then take my receipt. Since this was my first time using the Gas Rewards program I was curious to see if it would indicate how much I had saved similar to the [redacted] Fuel Rewards Program with [redacted]. Instead, to my horror, I notice that the price per gallon charged was $3.979 which was full price. I went inside and talked to the service representative and explained the issue. She told me that she could do nothing but that the Owner might be able to help. She even looked at my receipt and saw at the bottom where it shows my account ID and also the 30 cents per gallon. When she finally spoke to the Owner 30 minutes later, he told her that they can't do anything and I would have to deal with Exxon or [redacted] but could not provide me with any phone numbers. As such, I had my mother reach out to [redacted]. She spoke with [redacted] in [redacted] who refused to compensate my mother for the 30 cents per gallon and instead only offered to provide 1 additional fuel reward which is worth 10 cents off per gallon. Since my mom doesn't drive frequently, this additional fuel reward would only have compensated her for the fuel 1 reward expiring at the end of this month. She explained that based on her poor experience today why should she trust the [redacted] Gas Rewards program and that she would like a refund of the amount she is owed which is 30 cents per gallon times 11 gallons of gas or $3.30. [redacted] has refused to refund my mother and [redacted]'s manager did the same. His name was [redacted]. Clearly, this is false advertising when the pump is advertising to the customer that the fuel rewards have been redeemed and they have saved money off of their purchase and instead they have saved nothing. In fact, my mother chose this gas station over the local 7-Eleven which was 2 cents a gallon cheaper because of the fuel rewards program so this has cost her both time and money. To say the least she is extremely unhappy and feels betrayed by the poor customer service received by both the local Exxon Service Station Owner as well as [redacted] Customer Service. She is more upset that not only is she out $3.30 but she had to wait over 1 hour last night to get reach a customer service representative at [redacted] and waited over 30 minutes at the Exxon Station to find out that she was not getting her money back.Desired Settlement: My mother would like a refund of the $3.30 she is rightfully owed at a minimum. She would also like the [redacted] and Mobil to investigate why this issue occurred to begin with to ensure it doesn't happen to unsuspecting customers in the future.

Review: Had a nail on my rear right tire. I paid $18 and they said they got it fixed. I drove home and found the tire became completely flat already. So I drove back to the shop and they tried a second time and promised that they have fixed it this time.

However the tire became flat again after one hour and I have to come to them the third time. They promised again the tire is completely repaired this time, but it FAILED AGAIN.

So today I come to the shop the FOURTH time. They told me it cannot be fixed by them, and they refused to refund, with an arrogant, unpleasant attitude.

In th end, I wasted so many hours waiting for a simple fix for the tire and end up with nothing but a worse, unfixable tire.Desired Settlement: Refund for the repair.

I'm writing in regard to the complaint id [redacted] submitted by the customer for not having his car tire fixed.

Please be advise, the customer was at our shop to get the flat tire fixed, and after having it thoroughly checked by our mechanic, we have advised the customer to get the whole tire replaced or get the tire patched from another place from another body shop, as the damaged made by the nail inside the tire was too big. But the customer has asked us to just get the same tire fixed, and we have fixed the tire by putting in the plug in the same hole from where the tire was damaged.

Please note, since we do not have the provision for having the patch installed in the tire, we have confirmed with the customer for allowing us to put the patch and he had given us proper permission in doing so. Just after we've handed over the vehicle after putting the plug in the tire, the customer came back again asking to re-check and we with a great respect have opened the entire tire again and inspected the work done earlier. This same scenario happed four times and we continued helping the customer in the best possible manner we can. During the fourth visit of the customer, we advised customer again to have the tire replaced but he has declined to do so again. Afterward, when his car tire got flattened again, the customer has threatened of getting us into the court and would not accept any of our advice or work.

We at NK Enterprise, LLC always listen and respect our customers. We again would invite the customer to our body shop for having his tire re-checked by our expert mechanics. If still he does not want to get the tire fixed, we can refund the entire payment of $ 18.00 paid by the customer gracefully.

I am rejecting this response because:

The business owner lied in his statement. He actually guaranteed that the tire will be fixed, and didn't mention anything about the probability that the tire is not fixable in his place until my fourth visit.

I have already get my tire fixed in other place, and I do not trust this owner anymore. So I don't want to get back to his shop again. Please just refund my entire payment.
