Okay, I have reviewed the two invoices. The balance the homeownrer owes us is $2,152.49. The total of these two invoices equals $3,778.57. Showing a difference of $1,626.08. I will cover this difference, with prejudice, because the homeowner previously agreed with our attorney, (outside of this Revdex.com complaint) that the balance owed to us would be applied to the gutter repairs, and that his account with us would be paid in full and his warrant intact. The homeowner also stated in an email response to our attorney that any amount owed above the balanced owed to us, would be "their" responsibility. That was in an email dated April 27, 2016. So I will issue the amount of $1,to satisfy the Revdex.com that we value our word and want to also satisfy the customer. I will contact *** to see what amount is still owed to them out of the $4,626.08 Tks. Helen

The cost of tearing out one sheet of plywood and installing one sheet of plywood, labor and material, is $per sheet. We charged Mr*** $for the plywood which equals sheets, not sheets like he's stating. There is no refund due. His house is sqrs, which is sheets of plywood to each square that would make sheets, we didn't install 69, we only installed 57. I don't know why he thinks it was more then 57. When we open a roof and see rot, we have to stop the job, notifiy the customer, and replace the rot. We can not roof over rotted wood. Maybe he should have hired a company that would do that. I'm sorry. We have to be responsible for the warranty we have to live up to and Mr*** was just trying to cut corners
