Black mold in bathrooms and my residence being totally destroyed by tenants that Chetch Properties managed for me while I was located in [redacted] ** [redacted] is no longer at the above address and can not be located in order for me to place a civil suit against his property management company Chetch Properties No forwarding address or residential home address

I am [redacted] and I am the new property manager as of mid January this year for the property in question.First, let me say that both windows are now new and repaired at our expense. I would like to say that, per the lease, this is not a required duty. Broken windows caused... by a tenant's child are the responsibility of the tenant. Also, I believe that one of windows was broken before we took over management. We will still seek reimbursement from the tenant as the law allows.Thank you [redacted]

When we moved into the Apartment, we were told that we would have our smoke alarms put up, called about it, they said the issue would be fixed that week nothing happened, now, our A/C is out and my kids including myself and my wife, also a month old in the home, and the temperatures in the house range from 86-degrees in the house, I have called about the issue the beginning of last week, it did not get resolved, I have also been calling this week, so from 05/till today 05/the issue has not been resolved for the A/C after many calls, this is by far the worse repair and customer service issue I have ever dealt with since I been in the military back in till now 2016, something has to be done about both issues ASAP
