Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because Mr*** paints me as a fool and Mr*** is not only a liar, but dishonest. I paid the $for half of the project. He did not complete half of the project and quite often forgot what I wanted as his client. His frequent memory lapses and the unfinished product are the reasons that I asked him for a refund, which because he is dishonest, he is refusing to honor.I am out of $because of his either incompetency, dishonesty, or a mixture of both. He now has my $and I will always remember that I am not the first Black woman to be cheated by a White male. Sincerely,*** ***
