In the matter of titling for the Home that [redacted] bought from Tru Factory Direct Housing We had been having problems getting the counties where the home had been to send us tax releases since neither county claimed ever having the home in their county.June 30th was the last opportunity for either of those counties to file a tax lien Neither didHowever, Bexar county showed it on their tax rolls as a home sitting on The Alamo Homes location and filed a lien against us This also happened on June 30th We have paid to have that lien released, however, Bexar county has a day hold on all checks This will allow the lien to be released no sooner than August 4th All other items have been submitted to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (The titling agency in Texas) Bexar County should electronically release the Lien on August 4th The Title should be issued within days of that It will be able to view on line via the following link They will also mail a copy to the address on file for [redacted] ***.Please assure Ms [redacted] that there was no intentional delay on our partGovernment agencies have certain rules they need to follow Unfortunately, one of them is not to send a clear tax certificate on a home they cannot prove is paid off

We fixed all of the drywall cracks like they should be [redacted] wanted all of the sheetrock cut out around each crack, and new sheetrock installed The factory, ***, and myself all informed him that drywall cracks are not fixed that way They sent in multiple lists, and when we finally got the approval from the factory we finished their punch list The range was damaged by the factory at install, and it took forever for them to agree to replace the rangeThey told us to purchase one locally, but would not give me the model number of the range We finally got the model number from Mrs***, and ordered oneIt actually was delivered yesterday We plan on getting that installed later this week if possible Maybe tomorrow [redacted] Service Manager Alamo Transport & Development Office [redacted] Fax [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: as noted in our original complaint we were told that home would be exactly as we ordered. The floor plan was altered from what we approved. As I noted in our last communication our offer to settle on this item was rejected and there has been no counter offer on this item

We responded to Mr *** via E-mail on January 19th, and scheduled Technicians to be at his home on February 2, to make repairs to his roof and underbelly.We have had no communication from Mr.*** since. Please see communication below: Good Morning Mr***, There will

However, Bexar county showed it on their tax rolls as a home sitting on The Alamo Homes location and filed a lien against us.  This also happened on June 30th.  We have paid to have that lien released, however, Bexar county has a 15 day hold on all checks.  This will allow the lien to be released no sooner than August 4th.  All other items have been submitted to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (The titling agency in Texas).  Bexar County should electronically release the Lien on August 4th.  The Title should be issued within 5 days of that.  It will be able to view on line via the following link.  They will also mail a copy to the address on file for [redacted].Please assure Ms. [redacted] that there was no intentional delay on our part. I am rejecting this response because:I emailed [redacted] at Alamo Homes on 1/18/17.  There were three issues I addressed in that email.The first was a water leak in the master bathroom that was a result of shoddy workmanship that I had to have fixed at my expense after the tech sent out by Alamo Homes refused to even look at it.The second issue was scheduling a time for the roof issues and the insulation issues under the tailer to be addressed.  February 1, 2017 had been suggested by her as a good time for this to happen.  I quote from my email:  We would like to have the roof repaired and the insulation under the trailer put back in place. The 2/1/17 date will be acceptable.The third issued involved a settlement for the floor plan issue.As you can see the from the email [redacted] forwarded to the Revdex.com she was responding to this email.  The settlement for the floor plan was rejected.  There has been no counter offer since.  There has never been any offer in writing for that matter from Alamo Home on this issue.I thought that her reply was confirming the 2/1/17 date and so no need to respond further.  It appeared that this date was acceptable to all parties.However from her request to the Revdex.com she is talking about 2/2/17 date and I have not had any communication from her or any one at Alamo Homes about this date.We have been trying to get something done about these issues for over six months now.  This just seems another attempt by Alamo Homes to do nothing and blame someone else.
