In regards to the customers complaint, we did not make any offer to align his vehicle twice for the price of one alignment All specials and offers are provided in writing on our customers invoices, and no such offer was made in this case The customer states "I was then charged another
$because they refused to honor the warranty due to new parts being put on the vehicle which I was not informed about a month ago when I asked." The customer most certainly was advised of our warranty policies in writing on our signed invoice and the customers receipt, which included the following.- All warranties express or implied will be void under the following conditions 1) if all related or necessary repairs are not performed by Chets2) When customers parts or specifications are used 3) On vehicles that have been altered 4) Issues due to impacts, damage, or neglect- We appreciate all of our customers and work hard to ensure their complete satisfaction, however will not provide this customer with a free alignment because he did our recommended repairs himself after our alignment I have attached a copy of our signed invoice for your convenience

I am rejecting this response because: See attachment. My service request/complaint under Service Requests first star vehicle pulls right. Second star is Service Description Wheel Alignment (1 Ton) charge of $109.95 plus tax. This charge/statement verifies the vehicle was aligned. There are services recommended to customer but it no where states on bill that vehicle was unable to be aligned. Second page is parts they wanted me to replace blaming for the reason on non alignment after charging me for alignment and not notifying me of non alignment of vehicle.
