I am rejecting this response because:
The copy of the estimate that you have received has been fabricated after the fact My eyes have never seen that before today That is not MrC***'s handwriting The issue is: I now have a water pump that makes noise Before, the water pump on my car DID NOT make noise
Initially the noise was brought to MrC***'s attention before I left on the same day I paid him for his services It was at that time he said, " Come back tomorrow and I'll change it, it is easy to get to and only a couple of bolts." I did go the next day, he put on a second pump, (that is the day he said they are cheap and made in China) I got into my car and immediately went for a test drive towards Volcano The serpentine belt made an awful screaming noise all the way there and back The RPM"s were all over the placeWhen I got back to Hilo, I called MrC*** He said come over When I got there he took the water hose and rinsed off the serpentine belt and then sprayed it with Pledge, the furniture polish
On March 10th the second (2nd) water pump was making a noise Since I was already out and aware by MrC***'s very own words that they are cheap and made in China, I stopped by unannounced to try and get some type resolutionHe told me he was not taking appointments
Revdex.com was contacted Revdex.com ask what do I want I stated then and hold firm that I want my original *** water pump returned to me

As of I have receivedletters from the Revdex.com I have called *** *** for advice and what was needed to resolve this issue.Customer *** *** approached Chevelles on with documents from *** ***/Tires with an est for repairs to intake manifold as wellas
radiator coolingfan assembly total of *** • Chevelles confirmed intake manifold leaking,but no issues with cooling fanAn estimate was prepared at thattime for replacementof intake manifold gasket, and engine degrease, est also included a water pump replacement as preventative maintenanceTotal of less than half of *** ***.Repair were performed the next dayRepair came to Minus a senior discount for a final total of Customer returnedthe next day with a noise coming from water pumpUpon inspection it was foundthat the water pump internal seal was making noiseWater pump was warranted by *** and a new one was put on (Repair was made on a Saturday not a work day)Chevelles as far as I am concerned made every effort to satisfy this customer,including helping to find, purchase and install sun visors for her vehicle at no charge I would also like to note that the water pump has not failed (no leaks and vehicle does not overheat) Chevelles will not repair any vehicle for this cust in the futureThe only compensation for her will be reimbursement for the part in ?As there was no fault in the installation no $s for laborPlease notify
customer she can write Chevelles a letter with her addressand we will send her the amountthat was paid for the pump
