Chevrolet - Buick - GMC - Cadillac of Murfreesboro

This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with The customer service is terrible! The attitudes of their employees are terrible! I have been trying since the first of to get a vibration problem resolved with a new vehicle we purchased We are finally filing a lawsuit next week because we just can't get ANYTHING done! The worst part is GM knows there is a problem with this model They have admitted it to us and originally offered to buy back our truck But now, conveniently, there isn't a single comparable truck in the whole United States! Unbelievable! When we told the dealership we have retained a lawyer now, the service manager's reply was, "Well, GM has lawyers too."

Do not buy from them, used car sales will tell u anything to make you think they care or althat they are there for you
however when it's time to stand by their words they fail
They do not hold anyone accountable for damaging a vehicle that their service depth works on

The Buick dealership in Murfreesboro, Tn. has been very good about fixing any recalls on my car as well as fixing my car door handle. I saw the service manager, Mr. [redacted] before I left, to let him know that I was completely satisfied with the service. This dealership has taken care of my car and my husband's and we are very satisfied.
