I have spoken to Mr [redacted] on the phone about any delay on the repairs of his vehicleAny and all delays where a result of Mr [redacted] asking to having issues on his vehicle diagnosed and then changing his mind on getting them repaired or notMr [redacted] also wanted the technician to install his own parts and to provide other parts for the technician to install free of chargeMr [redacted] has been provided excellent service at a very fair price; no service was performed on Mr [redacted] vehicle without prior authorization from Mr***All repairs where completed in a timely matter once authorization was provided to make the repairs and Mr [redacted] provided some of the parts and price matched laborMr [redacted] vehicle is completed and ready for him to pick up Thanks Dan C***

The Service Manager spoke to the customer and verified the oil change was performed as promised. He apologized for the inconvenience will reimburse the customer for the oil change. Customer was happy and will continue to use us for service

of Louisiana do charge additional fees to register a vehicle in their area
Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe did our due diligence in facilitating the tax
and licensing for the state of Louisiana any additional fees are the responsibility
of the resident in that parish and the end user of the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: I did not ask the technician to install parts free of charge. I simply asked since my vehicle was going to be on the hydraulic lift, if they would be able to install my struts on the vehicle at a discounted price. I only brought in one part not Parts and that was a serpentine belt. Being that I Brought in my part there was no delay due to that I was waiting for the additional tensioner to be sent again anyways. I was not provided with excellent customer service due to that the manager of service responded to me immediately with attitude nor did my service advisor, service director, or GM apologize. The GM stated that they told him that I did not want to do the tensioner install, that was incorrect the service advisor advised me that there was an issue with the tensioner and they had to ship it back and get a new one. All repairs were not completed on a timely matter. The price adjustments took one day to get everything faxed.  During the process of my vehicle repairs I only got maybe about three phone calls back therefore that's why I had to walk in to the department every other day. Everything thats stated here does not take two weeks to complete.

I am rejecting this response because: According to the DMV in the state of Louisiana, the dealer, and the dealer alone, is responsible for the miscalculated taxes. The dealer is responsible for verifying the taxes owed and any mistake is to be corrected by them.
