My name is [redacted] and I was looking for a reliable vehicle. I went to other dealers that tried to force you to do business with them. At Chevrolet of Goldsboro, they went up and beyond to make you feel comfortable and positive about your purchase. Mr. [redacted] and others stayed past closing time and put forth extra efforts to make sure that I was happy. They really made you feel like family. THEY WERE AWESOME! !!!

March 14,14 my new car was towed to repair shop I was told 8 days, it took 21. It has been back and forth sense then. Now unrelated issues they causedOn March 9, 2014 I hit a deer. there was less than 5000 miles on my car. I called Chevrolet of Goldsboro, NC and informed them of what the insurance adjuster had said was wrong with my car.They then informed me that the ordering of parts would take 3 business days to get and no more than 2 more to put them on. I had the car towed to them on the 14th. of March. It then ended up being 3 weeks before I got my car back from them. They kept telling me the parts had not came in yet.They are a Chevrolet establishment how could it be so hard for them to get Chevrolet parts? Then I went and picked my car up, The paint was messed up, the front license plate was not put back on so I again had to wait another day. I went to pick it up the next day and the hood was shifted, and it looked as if someone had tried to pry it open. So it was another day. After all this time I was glad to get my car back the next day. a week or two later it was warm out so my wife had the a/c on in the car and it was making a strange loud noise. I opened the hood to find that the fan they had put in the car was broken and they did not fasten the new wires down so the coil that holds the wires together had been eaten by the fan. I called them and the said bring it in and we will fix it. They replaced the fan and fixed the wires. My wife took the care to find out why the car sounded like it was ready to take off and it was the fan. It was not a Chevrolet part. it was aafter market fan. I had to take it back to the because the insurance company paid for a the part for my car to be original parts. This time when I picked my car up my back up camera did not work. the lady drove the car around back and came back about 20 minutes later and said she loosened it when she washed it, but it works now. My wife drove about 10 minutes away and began to smell something sweet and seen smoke. they never put the cap back on for the reserve for the antifreeze so she had to go back up there for them to clean the top of the engine and fill the antifreeze up. well here it is a week later and the back up camera is no longer working. alls they say is bring it back up here. we are tired of bring are car to people who lie to us and can't even see what parts go to what car. they make a mistake and the coils get chewed up for the wires and they find it to much of a bother to replace it. just put electrical tape on it. Should a car that has less than 7000 miles on it have electrical tape on it when it has been paid to be fix correctly the first time. I can see making a mistake once but this is way to much. I feel they are scamming there customer by saying they do quality work, and by saying they are affiliated with Chevrolet. I have tried to deal with the supervisor [redacted] but it just always passes it back to [redacted] and she has no urgency in anything.Desired SettlementI would like a refund so the work can be done at [redacted] Chevrolet in Farmville, NC.Business Response /[redacted] was contacted on 7/11 regarding repair concerns on her 2013 Chevy Cruze from an accident occurrence in March of 2014. An appointment was set for Monday (7/14) at 10am to reveiw and address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Concerns involved an Inoperative Back-up Camera, Wiring Conduit near the engine compartment fan that was torn and a "Lag" in engine performance. The Chevy Cruze was left for repair on 7/14. Ms. [redacted] was provided a vehicle to drive while her Cruze was being repaired. The inoperable Back-up Camera was corrected with the installation of a new Camera. The Wiring Conduit was replaced and secured as required. The performance "lag" could not be duplicated with an extensive Road Test. I asked Ms. [redacted] to contact me should the condition reappear. The vehicle was washed, inspected by Ms. [redacted] and returned to her on Tuesday (7/15). Ms. [redacted] seemed satisfide upon the return of her Cruze.

After hitting deer twice I have had two vehicles repaired at Chevrolet of Goldsboro. They have been very professional, courteous and helpful. The cars were beautiful after the repairs. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others in need of their services

Bought a 2013 preowned car and they did not disclose any information on my car being previously wrecked by the first owner.Bought this car in June 2014. In November of 2014 I was rear ended by a drunk driver. Took weeks for them to fix my car! My car has been making the worst sound and this dealership told me they heard the noise but can't find it. I have drove my car around about 30 days since the accident. This dealership has gave me the run around with what is wrong with my car. It's still not fixed! I have driven 3 rental cars the past 4 months. Had to take my car to another Chevy dealership in Wilson. Car is still not fixed. Come to find out Chevy place in Goldsboro never added my extended warranty I thought I purchased. Added GAP insurance after I told them no. Tried to trade the car in last Monday Feb. 16th 2014. Couldn't even trade in my car because come to find out in Dec. 2013 that person that originally purchased the car had also been in a wreck. Done almost $6000 worth of damage to the car. This dealership never disclosed any info on this or on my car facts. Still have all info from car and there is nothing about no previous accident. Extremely upset that this car place did not tell any information on this when I bought the car and yes I have a witness they didn't. I am now stuck with this car and now my car has lost a value of $11,000! Yes I had it appraised and the info on the both accidents. This dealership needs to make it right and make it right quick! I would never purchase a car from there ever again! I am now upside down on a car that is not even worth half the money I bought it for because they gave false info and told me the car had never been wrecked! So I am driving in car I have only had for 7 months that still makes an awful noise and is only worth $14000! Seriously have thought about getting a lawyer involved if things are not being done right about this very soon!Desired SettlementThey either need to pay off the lost value of this car or they need to give me a brand new car for what I paid for on this one. For all the hassle of driving a rental car off and on for 4 months and paying on a car that is not even worth what I bought it for. Ms. [redacted] will be referred to as the customer in the response.The customer originally purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox LS from CCOG on 4/28/2014. After 7 1/2 weeks of ownership the customer chose to trade the 2011 Equinox LS for a 2013 Equinox LT GM Certified pre-owned vehicle. The customer was referred to CCOG for this purchase by a family member of the previous owner.Response by complaint:1. Complaint: "rear ended by drunk driver" two weeks to repair.Response: Body Shop received vehicle 11/24/14. Returned to customer on 12/02/2014. Rental was provided at no charge to the customer. Repair time was 7 days.2. Complaint: NoiseResponse: Parts ordered from accident and installed on 2/13/2015. A muffler and absorber were replaced. No current vehicle noise (rear area) could be identified as unusual by CCOG. Technician road tested with customer. Vehicle was taken to a Chevrolet Dealership in Wilson for a second opinion. No noise could be identified by that dealership. No further action.3. Complaint: CCOG never added the extended warranty.Response: Customer declined extended warranty, customer signed declination document (this document is available).4. Complaint: CCOG Added GAP Policy when customer said no.Response: Customer approved GAP Policy, Customer signed approval document (this document is available).5. Complaint: CCOG failed to disclose the vehicle was involved in wreck by previous owner.Response: 1) A full Carfax report was provided to customer for review at time of purchase. Report was reviewed and signed by the customer, No damage was reported (this document is available).2) A damage disclosure was signed by previous owner stating no prior damages (this document is available).6. Complaint: Depreciated ValueResponse: 1) The Carfax at delivery shows no damage. A current Carfax now shows 2 previous accidents.2) Current Carfax shows previous owner accident on 12/20/2013. Carfax reported MINOR right front damage "Hit an animal". The current owner shows accident on 11/17/2014. Carfax reported accident damage (rear of vehicle). Current vehicle value would be primarily based on the second accident, as Carfax described the first accident as minor. The customer referral should have informed customer of accident, as CCOG had no knowledge. This customer should have considered a Request for Loss of Value from the insurance company.The customer statements contained within the Revdex.com complaint are misstated and grossly incorrect. CCOG's response has addressed this customer's accusations/ statements and will provide any supporting documentation as necessary. This customer's unacceptable language and behavior while visiting the dealership should also be noted. Chevrolet of Goldsboro Absolutely Declines to offer any further assistance to this customer. My experience at CCOG was great. I wish every dealership was ran in the manner of this one. Their service department took every means necessary to make sure all of my needs were taken care of.

I had an accident where I hit a dog. Insurance company uses CCOG as an authorized service center. Took my car in for an estimate, parts were ordered, car taken in for repairs. While doing the repairs found additional damage, CCOG contacted the insurance company getting authorization for the additional damage. Car was fixed, the repair job looks great. Very satisfied with the employees and work done at CCOG.
