I CAN'T GET NO SATISFACTION
Freddie Odom 347 336 7273. On 8/19/22 I had a service appointment.. I couldn't start the car after you putting a new battery 3 weeks before. I spent 8 hours waiting for my car to be taken care of. I finally left and went home. I got a call that evening to pick up the car. They couldn't find nothing wrong. I asked for a courtesy pickup but it was not available for me. I got to the service area and my car was outside. I went inside, got the key, decided to inspect and saw a hubcap was missing. I immediately went back to see Ken Barker and show him a picture. He informed me the tech was not available and Monday he will be back. He gave me his cell number so I could send the picture of my missing hubcap. I went back to the car, turn it on to find all my tire sensors were missing. I immediately went back to Ken and told him so. He had a tech come to the car and id that there were not working right. I, again was told I have to wait for the tech who worked on the car. That Monday, I sent a messaget to Ken, asking about my missing hub cap. He shot me a message back stating the the tech has taken vacation for the week and we would have to wait. I waited 3 weeks now with two messages going unanswered. I just want my sensors back to working and hubcap back.. Please tell me how can I get this done?

Customer was informed that his MV work has always been completed and available to pick up .the issue with the pricing or outstanding balance is in line with his signed contractual agreement

The information is correct Anybody that purchased a Volt in got a $rebate from the government against their taxes for that tax year That is a verifiable fact As a courtesy the general manager allowed Ms*** to apply the rebate to the car at the time of sale and agreed that the $would be repaid to the dealership It is likely that there was an amount owed in taxes explaining why there was only a $tax refund Ms [redacted] certainly did benefit from the whole $as it was a Federal program We've sent a bill every month since we were not paid the whole $ After no response for a long time we turned the matter over to our collections team From Wikipedia website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Government_incentives_for_plug-in_electric_vehicles Both the Nissan Leaf electric vehicle and the Chevrolet Volt plhybrid, launched in December 2010, are eligible for the maximum $7,tax credit

I am rejecting this response because: this response does not fix or correct my problem, as of today my vehicle is still having the same problem as originally was taken there for o0n sept and four months later is still at the dealer service deptmy question is how long do I have to stay without a vehicle in order for the so called profecionals fix itand when will I get my money back for all the agrevation and lost time without said vehicle

I do apologize for the inconvenience of the oil light being on. The oil had been changed prior to the sale, the light had not been reset. The customer received a copy of the paperwork showing the service had been completed. As far as the mats go, the customer purchased a used vehicle, not a CPO,...

which did not come with floor mats. I am sorry if the customer was under the assumption that it did, but unfortunately it does not. This was also explained by our General Sales Manager.

The information is correct.  Anybody that purchased a Volt in 2012 got a $7500 rebate from the government against their taxes for that tax year.  That is a verifiable fact.  As a courtesy the general manager allowed Ms. [redacted] to apply the rebate to the car at the time of...

sale and agreed that the $7500 would be repaid to the dealership.  It is likely that there was an amount owed in taxes explaining why there was only a $2500 tax refund.  Ms[redacted] certainly did benefit from the whole $7500 as it was a Federal program.  We've sent a bill every month since we were not paid the whole $7500.  After no response for a long time we turned the matter over to our collections team.
From Wikipedia website:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Government_incentives_for_plug-in_electric_vehicles... /> Both the Nissan Leaf electric vehicle and the Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid, launched in December 2010, are eligible for the maximum $7,500 tax credit.

same problem as originally was taken there for o0n sept 11 2014 and four months later is still at the dealer service dept. my question is how long do I have to stay without a vehicle in order for the so called profecionals fix it. and when will I get my money back for all the agrevation and lost time without said vehicle.

Owner pickedup car 12/27/14           no additional charges body computer module was replaced at no charge as possible partswarranty-  also as dealer courtesy map sensor replaced to cure check enginelight problem.      Orig. repair dated 9/11/14 was to replace body computer module for no start condition with code b2947present. At this time owner was advised that the vehicle also needed to have ignition switch replaced because the switch was not shutting off vehicle .Customer declined this repair at that time .On 11/1/2014 customer returned the switch was replaced and owner paid for the part only (dealer did not charge labor and tow charges were handled by dealer). On 12/8/2014 car was towed in (no charge to customer ) and found replacement body module failed and dealer replaced at no charge to customer .As of 12/31/2014 this vehicle is operating as designed. Please conract me if you have any question
