Hi Nicole We have been in contact with the [redacted] We were waiting on parts for the Tahoe before we sent someone down to pick it upThe vehicle was picked up on Sunday the 23rdof AugWe are in the process of detailing the Tahoe and have repaired the door handle and moldings on the doorI believe there was been a breakdown in communication with John and his wifeWe had been in contact with his wife, but not him John sent an email to me this morning on how we were coming with the TahoeI give him the update and let him know that pictures of the progress were sent to his wife alsoThe Vehicle should be done today or tomorrow and we will deliver it back to themPlease let me know if there is any other information I can provideThanks [redacted] General Manager [redacted]
