Review: Vendor sold a faulty product. Requested an exchange 1 hr after purchase and vendor refused.Desired Settlement: Refund for product. Business needs to be fined for selling products that do not work. Employees need to be trained on proper business service.

Review: I bought a regular Car wash for 5 dollars at G & M Chevron gas station located at 7737 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA. this Car wash ruined the color of my car, I believed that they are using bad and very cheap chemicals which is cause this.I have 2010 Lincoln commercial black color used for transportation business and I wash it regularly three times a week and I never had this bad experience. I think the Station must take the responsibility of their products in their carwash .Best regards,[redacted] 6/1/2015Desired Settlement: I just need the Station to repair my car's color at frame time because this is a business car and I make my living out of it.
