This company is terrible. Original appointment for an appraisal was at 12:30. I get a call at 12:25 saying the advisor is stuck in a meeting, and can we reschedule it to 3:30? Fine. The guy still had not shown up by 4:00, and I called and cancelled the appointment. Then he shows up 10 minutes later to do the estimate, and tells me that he was off today and someone else called in sick, which is why he was late. So someone is lying to me already. Then he doesn't even go on the roof to do an inspection, and goes through this lengthy sales pitch on an [redacted]. When I said his price was too high, he just kept going lower, offering some sort of "rewards package" in order to give me a lower price. High pressure sales tactics from a completely unprofessional salesman. I kept asking him to just give me an estimate, and he would not leave to proceed until he finished going through his little slide presentation. He also told me that the company is accredited by the Revdex.com when, in fact, it is not. This is a terrible company. Please avoid.
