Dear Consumer,
We at Chevron on *** *** are disappointed to hear that you were
overcharged on your credit card statementI would like to assure you that this is not an issue on our endWe are required to submit a receipt for every credit card/ debit card purchase that occurs in store to ensure this exact issue does not occur.
In the cases that your credit card is over or under charged, we receive information from our credit card processing company allowing us to correct the errorUnfortunately no documentation was returned to usIn the event like this something occurs it is crucial you come to the store immediately and talk to our managers within a few days so we can also be on the look out for any discrepanciesI see that the charge occurred on January 21st and it is now September 29thI see that you are asking for a reimbursement and postage expenses, however since we have no evidence we were in fact over paid I cannot issue a refundMy sincerest apologies

On 1-12-18 about 8pm there was a black [redacted] double parked on out property. The lady came in and told the clerk a tow truck would be by with in the hour to tow the car, the next day at 8am when I got there the car was still there. She left no contact information....

By 1pm the car was still there. We where unable to fill any propane because the car was blocking the tank. So it stopped us from providing business We had it towed. A man came in asking about it and we told him we towed it and we where not allowed to give the tow company's name. So we told him to call the sheriff. Then called us all weekend and cussed us out, threatened us, and called pretending to be the sheriff. The sheriff came down on Sunday and we told him where the car was towed. So they knew 2 days after. Not 4 days after. We have this all on camera. We didnt have signs at the time but according to CVC § 22953. It states, "However, you cannot be towed from a private lot that is free to the public until you have been illegally parked for at least one hour " Which they where illegally parked. We already had someone from the department of consumer affairs bureau of automotive repair. Who said we where in the right.

It is unfortunate that this has gone this far, [redacted] had
bought a car from us on 2/17/2016. We gave her the opportunity to test drive
the vehicle, and when she returned she had said that “This vehicle is what I
have been looking for”.  After the
trade-in and purchase was made, it seems...

that she went to her local Nissan
Dealership ([redacted] Nissan) and requested for the vehicle to be checked over
again after we had serviced the vehicle before the sale. All these services
were not required and where all under the request of [redacted] as it says on the
service receipt. The aftermarket axle that was worrying the safety of [redacted]
was not a used, but a brand new axle that was bought to replace the unsafe and
broken OEM axle. Between all of this time [redacted] never called us to tell us the
issues that she was having, but instead brought the car in to us and demanded
for us to return her vehicle. While she was in the office [redacted] was rude and
had scared off customers by making us seem like the bad guys. We tried to work
everything out. So we returned the vehicle to [redacted] in hopes of her
satisfaction. Later on in the day when we had more time to take a look at the
returned Nissan Rogue, the vehicle was in a bad condition and seemed to have
big problems, which was very suspicious to us. When we inspected the vehicle
more closely the check engine light had come on, it seemed to be misfiring, and
jerking.  At that time we had no choice
but to cancel the $3,000 check that we wrote to [redacted] as the vehicle was in a
lot worse shape than we had sold it to her. We were going to contact [redacted]
about the cancelled check, but before we could she already had tried to cash it
and contacted us already frustrated. I asked her to stop by the office so we
could talk and renegotiate the situation. Next day she stopped by the office,
and I explained the situation to her and we settled on $2,300. After we had
talked everything out and seemed to have settled this unfortunate situation we
shook hands and left on good terms. We hope that we can help settle this situation
and make everything clear by seeing both sides of the story, as our ambition is
to satisfy customers and not to leave on bad terms.
