After again getting this compliant back, I did check with the maintenance company and NO service calls were ever made for a dryer not workingWe do have scheduled maintenance that is performed on the car wash and nothing written for the dryer or anything when they came out July 24thThey came out for the scheduled maintenance July 24thThis was confirmedIn this maintenance everything is checked and they make sure everything is working properlyI'm sure if the dryer WASN'T working like stated in the compliant, we could not of kept the car wash open because we would of had numerous complaints from other customers as wellI don't appreciate being called a liar either.Sent on: 8/7/12:35:PMSent by: ***

I am rejecting this response because:thats a joke if I havent heard oneThe man that was working that day had to callva tech out to look at the car was because the dryer wasnt workingLook at your service records for that day the 2nd of julyClearly whoever responded to this is just as much as a liar as their employees.The business had a promotion for their car washes thats the only reason I stopped thereAnd yes im aware that acfter get a paint jobb I must wait weeksI paint cars for a livingIt had been two weeks sense my car got painted

We spoke to the employees and our Manager on siteThat day our car wash was working with no complaints from any customers and has soapWhen you get the least expensive car wash, you only get a basic wash and regular dryer onlyThe car wash was working perfectly fine with no problems and blower
dryingSo as a courtesy they gave her two car washesThis is a maintenance car wash and gets a basic wash WITH soap and blow dry the carShe was very rude to the employees working that daySome people think that is going to get their car spotless with all the bells and whistles with someone scrubbing their car inside, which is not trueOur car wash does a great job and we let customer choose what kind of treatment they would like according to their budgetWe try to satisfy every customer and that is why she was given not one, two car washes which worked perfectly fineAs far as the customer service, *** is very nice and so is *** the one working with her and we have never had any complaints about customer serviceThey said she was very rude and yelling and talking down to them If you get your car "just painted", they advise you not to go thru car washes for about two weeks
