Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I do not accept the business owner's version (his third or fourth version) of the eventsBut I do agree that no compensation is requiredThe clerks did not decline to take my payment at the counterThey said nothing was showing on the pump for the last minutesThey could not determine if I even pumped gasI offered to leave my contact information; I was not asked to do soNot much in the owner's account is accurate from my viewpoint, except that I agree neither of us owes the other money, and I am not seeking any compensation from himHe has changed his version of the story every time I talked to himI can accept this may be partly due to the fact he was not present at the time of the incident and that his mistakes could be honest onesBut I do not accept his response as being an accurate version of events, and his explanation to me on the phone of why the sale did not show up was too complex and rambling to follow, and changed even in the course of the conversationStill no clear answer on why he was demanding money from me initially when the gas had actually been paid forIf the pumps and payment system are set accurately I think there is nothing more to be gained here Sincerely, [redacted]

They could not determine if I even pumped gas. I offered to leave my contact information; I was not asked to do so. Not much in the owner's account is accurate from my viewpoint, except that I agree neither of us owes the other money, and I am not seeking any compensation from him. He has changed his version of the story every time I talked to him. I can accept this may be partly due to the fact he was not present at the time of the incident and that his mistakes could be honest ones. Still no clear answer on why he was demanding money from me initially when the gas had actually been paid for. If the pumps and payment system are set accurately I think there is nothing more to be gained here.
