when I bought my pool from chevron pool, they gave me the installer's name and number to call. they didn't give me a list of two or more, just the one, [redacted]. when they gave me his number, they said this is the installer we recommend. they continue to recommend him to everyone that buys a pool and needs installed in both their stores. I feel since they recommended him, and continue to recommend him, they should share the blame along with him. i think since they still believe in his work and continue to use him, they should have him fix, repair, adjustment or whatever needs to be done to correct the problem. when I was talking to karen about this problem, I also showed her pictures. her words were: the pool is not installed correctly and needs to be reinstalled correctly. chevron pools should share the blame along with their recommended installed. we are almost into august and my pool has not been able to be used one time because of the problems. I bought this pool from them in good faith, used their recommended installer and all I ask is my pool be installed correctly as I paid for so it can be enjoyed. right now all I have is a 18 x 33 above ground swimming pool filled with water, I paid for, continue to care for by putting chemicals into, I continue to pay for. all I want is my pool fixed, chevron buy it back or pay for an installer to come and fix it correctly. thanks so much for all your help.

I believe chevron pools should still share part of the responsibility for my pool. My pool, as Karen told me, was not installed properly. I didn't go looking for a pool installer. I used the only one she gave me. Also I. Looking at my paper work and several conversations I have had with Karen, my pool walls have curses in them. The pool I ordered had straight sides like the pictures I was shown when I ordered it from Karen. I have shared several pictures on the pool sides with Karen. Again she said the pool was installed wrong and needed to be restalled. The plastic straps that go on the top of the pool, all the way around the pool, do not stay snapped down has they should. My pool has not been used one time this summer, but I continue to buy chemicals for it. Chevron pools is not a bad place. I just want my pool fixed. If not I want my money back for the pool.
