Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] On October 21, I was trying to buy gas at Chevron station #on Jackson Dr As I have many times in the past I was trying to use the credit card authorization machine outside I inserted my Visa card and was unable to complete the information needed as the machine would stop working After trying for a short time I thought the machine was not working properly and went inside to purchase gas with my Visa card I went back to my car and dispensed the full tank of gas I needed (gallons) and left the station I have the receipt that shows the gas was dispensed from pump # The amount was $ I discussed this with the manager and after checking it out she said that minutes later gallons of gas were dispensed from pump #for a total of $ By that time I would have left the station I have a Honda Accord (1999) and I can't imagine anyone thinking that it would hold gallons of gas Of course I am not asking for gallons of gas I want a refund on my Visa for $which was a fraudulent charge That charge was made for pump #by a machine I was not able to get to work properly It was not my fault [redacted]

Mr. [redacted]'s complaint about he didn't get fuel in his car for $4.60 that he was

charged. He pumped the gas for $4.60 and gas went into his vehicle. The receipt showed he

pumped the gas for that amount. My manager and I were not rude to him at all. The gas was

dispensed for $4.60. He is asking to reimburse

$25.00

that the bank had charged him for overdraft fees. It seems like he did not have enough

money for the gas. Furthermore, our Chevron Pump are certified and tested monthly to meet A:Z. weight measure

standards.

like to come next time I can give him basic car wash free.

I'm sorry,  but your staff is very rude. You cannot tell me they were nice if you never heard the conversation. Also I was overdraft due to purchasing gasoline at your station, and it not dispensing the gasoline that I had paid for. A basic car wash does not make up for this issue, and what makes it worse is that you took this long to respond.
