We receive [redacted]'s letter, dated January 31, 2017, and responded immediately via email on February 3, 2017. The property acknowledged their mistake, and as requested by [redacted], we wanted to sign the release he proposed. We did not receive a response so I forwarded my email...

again on February 8. 2017, and requested a release to sign.I also mailed a copy of this email to [redacted]. It is still sitting at the post office to be picked up. Please see the following documents. He did receive my emails as he responded that he was traveling and would look into this.I'm quite perplexed as to why he would send the letter to the Revdex.com on March 17, 2017, when the issue was addressed more than a month prior. We are still waiting for the release so that we can sign it and return it to [redacted].Please let me know if there is anything further that you need from me or the Chevy Chase Downs Apartments.Regards,
