I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The return of my pipe was done because I had informed the plumber times that he could not take my pipes and he had stole them anywaysI called and told the lady that I would contact the police on the matter so that is why they returned themI was never informed of the service fee or a charge of driving time or estimate timeWork only took the guy 1/hour

Regarding Ms***’s response on complaint ID

We were on the job for a total of hour and minutes
(Our billing is from the time our service man leaves our shop until they
return back to our shop.) We still stand behind out claim that Ms*** was
informed of our rates and charges. To resolve this issue, we will give Ms
*** the benefit of the doubt and we will adjust her invoice for only the time
on the job plus parts, eliminating travel time and service fee.
As far as stealing her piping, we were not told not to
remove it from the jobWe always clean up our mess after we get through with a
job to help the customer from not having to do it
We will send Ms*** an adjusted invoice in the
amount of $114.85, a total of $less than what we should have collected
for the service call.
We hope this resolves this complaint.
