Hello [redacted],I personally spoke with you on August 23, 2017 regarding your membership and explained how you obtained it through your order. We are unable to start memberships or take funds from any account that was not previously authorized by you through your order. I did cancel your membership...

at that time to ensure that you would receive no further charges. By doing so, you were not charged for the August payment that would have been due at that time. The last payment that was billed to your card was on July 30th and no other charges were incurred afterwards. I do keep detailed records of all phone calls received and phone messages received and do not see a call from you prior to August or we would have gladly canceled your membership then as there is never a commitment to maintain the membership with us. At this time we are unable to issue any refunds to you due to you having disputed this already with your bank and so it is now out of our hands.I'm sorry to hear of your frustrations. We have thousands of very satisfied members who love the benefits they receive with their membership and the membership is improving every day with new benefits being added. Upon review of communications, the first time we heard of any problems was with a dispute received from your bank on the charges. Our policy is to automatically cancel memberships when we receive disputes and this was done....

Your original orders were placed February 26, 2017 where you placed two separate orders. With each of these orders you opted for an item that included a membership which how you ended with two memberships. We did not receive any communication any communication directly from you until May 4, 2017 which was after the disputes were already filed. We tried to explain many times that once the dispute was placed with the bank we were tied up until we had resolution by their decision. We are sorry for your frustrations and wish that you had contacted us prior to contacting the banks. Our contact information is easy find and our phone number prints on your bank statement as well.
