Purchased a tote from as CHEXFOTI INC A,on 02/21/2020,price:$153.29, w/ a Visa
Discover card.
Noticed when I got home The tote became defective (ripped) after removing it from the bag.(it was not sunny but cloudy that day and I kept it inside the bag the store gave me).
I spoke with *** on the phone, on 02/23/2020, she sold me the item, to let her know that I was coming back to return the item;no questions asked, she said "no problem" come over our store....
I went there on 02/25/2020, returned the tote but when I gave her "the receipt", I asked her to give me a copy... cannot make a copy....
normally shoe store or any other kind of store, process a credit receipt and hand over the copy of the return item attached to the receipt of the purchase of same item. That was not the case at CHEXFOTI INC A, *** kept the receipt and took back the tote, when I asked her to give me back the receipt, she handed me a lousy busisness card, major info was crossed out with a marker & she jogged down on the card her own name and the wholesaler name "***", who she says, was out of town and would be back "Friday" which was 02/28/2020,saying that only"***" who is in charge can do it.
There was a *** working with *** the day I purchased the item.
I called CHEXFOTI INC A on Friday, 02/28/2020, the manager, owner or wholesaler answered the phone where I explained to him that I returned the tote and that *** promised that he would process the credit, after he comes back..
He had a loud bossy tone of voice,saying:"You need to come down to the store right now and I will give you the credit "I told him that businesses in general can do it without the visa card since he already has the receipt, especially that I do now own a car and commuting to his location since he has the item and the receipt.... he hang up on me.
I went personally and received a Return slip...claiming he does not have the swipe machine to issue the credit.. not true. I have the return receipt with me
