I am rejecting this response because:He is wrong in saying we were negligent in not calling when we did and his company should be liable because his staff never gave him the messages that Pam had left.He had a laborer on my roof that did not have the knowledge on how to put a roof on a house otherwise it would of been done properly and we wouldn't be going through this

is missed, all messages are returned within 24 hours. Had we been contacted, we would have promptly responded. We have completed upwards of twenty projects in your area within the time frame you have said to have this issue, to stop at your home would not have been an inconvenience. When you did contact us on May 14, 2018, we had a technician at your home within two days to resolve the issue. We have no records of any prior contact regarding a leak.  We pride ourselves in being accessible to our customers through telephone communication, multiple pages on our website with direct email access to us, a physical mailing address, and an open door policy at our office location for all customers during regular business hours. We do apologize if you felt that we were inaccessible. The roof leak has been resolved; however we cannot be responsible for long term damage due to homeowner’s neglect. - Keith E[redacted]
