10-14-inane a bad experience with this coI went in for a Leakey air line, I of their employees let me in the back to let the person working on my truck, he ask a serve tech if he was working on this truck ,saying that the owner wanted to t till him about a certain air leak watching other worker standing around bs ing with other in the shop I waited five minutes for him to come overAs he came over I ask I hope your not on the clock knowing that it is a 1.50$ a minute to work on my truck he said noi just started looking at the clock noteing the time it was Pm at I walk out back he was bring the truck out I ask him did you get here done ,and ask him what aboutA hour in labor he said yes,getting the bill it was 347.00$ they charged me for a clamp a air line fitting and a check value re placed they tolled me they had a hour &a have plus another hour to have someone check is work I ask to see his time card they give me some B.S about the bill Drivers! Say away from these guys their one big RIP- Off on work and they know it I tolled them freighliner are a peace of [redacted] truck drivers beware!!!
I went to this freight liner to get one of my hood latches fixedwhen I went to the service counter I explained to the service underwriter although he looked very much unwelcoming individual, he said they can put a new latch for meAfter hours, they called me and the mechanic told me they cannot fix it because thy don't have a body shopI said, well it would be great if you told me when I was checking inthat was not enoughthe guy put a bill of $in front of meI asked them, what did you do get this moneyhe said we looked at the truckI told him you didn't do any diagnoses, I already told you I need a hood latch and you said you can fix itnow you took all my time and above all you are asking for moneyany way I had to pay that amount and one of the guys even insulted me
