I am thoroughly impressed with Ken and his company, Cheyenne Mountain RoofingOn Christmas day, we had mph winds that caused the roofing material to lift off my houseThat night I emailed Ken because Cheyenne Mountain Roofing had replaced the roof in I explained the situation and requested a callAny expectation that I would hear from anyone during Christmas week was very low, as many companies take that week offHowever, Ken responded first thing the following morning and although his crew was off for the week, he drove up to my home in Westminster -- from Colorado Springs! -- to check out the problemHe arrived exactly when he said he would and agreed that things looked badHe also admitted that the problem occurred because the wrong nails were inadvertently used when the roof was replacedHe returned the following day with a crew member to correct the problem and spent the entire day on my roofHe went above and beyond what he had to do to repair the roof
After reviewing several quotes I choose Cheyenne MTN Roofing, Andy the representative was very polite and answered many of my questions. I was given a basic and upper scale quote. Once I made the signed the contact, within two weeks the roofer were on site. By early morning they started this job and were finished just after lunch. The area was cleaned up and no evidence was left of them being here. It was straight business. I would definitely recommend Cheyenne MTN Roofing any of my friends.
I am thoroughly impressed with Ken and his company, Cheyenne Mountain Roofing. On Christmas day, we had 80 mph winds that caused the roofing material to lift off my house. That night I emailed Ken because Cheyenne Mountain Roofing had replaced the roof in 2013. I explained the situation and requested a call. Any expectation that I would hear from anyone during Christmas week was very low, as many companies take that week off. However, Ken responded first thing the following morning and although his crew was off for the week, he drove up to my home in Westminster -- from Colorado Springs! -- to check out the problem. He arrived exactly when he said he would and agreed that things looked bad. He also admitted that the problem occurred because the wrong nails were inadvertently used when the roof was replaced. He returned the following day with a crew member to correct the problem and spent the entire day on my roof. He went above and beyond what he had to do to repair the roof.
