This letter is in response to your communication of May 2, 2014, concerning case # ***.
Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) apologizes for this situation described by this consumer, and is in the process of correcting the situation.
In our
research, we found that while refunds were requested totaling $for this consumer, we have no record that the refund checks actually printed out and were mailed
This is a highly unusual occurrence, and our technical staff is assisting in resolving this issue.
Our intention is always to provide a consumer with a prompt refund when any refund is due, and we regret that did not happen in this situationWe will be in contact with the consumer to fully resolve this issue.

The emergency department in this facility has to be the worst! If you want to waste 6-hours trying to be seen then go for itI try so hard not to use this facility

I am rejecting this response because: We would like the names of all ER doctors that had seen my daughter at CRMC on the 17th and 18th of September of the year 2015. My daughter was never seen by any male doctor on the 18th; however, we were billed by a male doctor.  Also, we received a new bill from CRMC, and it states on the bill that the bill was for 508.20 for service date of the 18th of September.  Our insurance covered that, and they are not responsible for any portion of that bill.  It also states on the bill that this may not be the only amount owed to the CRMC.  The agent from the [redacted] insurance, claims that he had no knowledge of the bill, but he will pay it. So, please bill [redacted] Insurance, and reimburse our insurance. We are not the responsible party for the bills incurred from the auto accident. Thank you time in this matter, it is greatly appreciated.
