Someone by the name of *** *** submitted a complaint against us with the ID *** First, this individual is not a customer
of oursSecondly, this individual already emailed me a while ago, with the same claim (that our business was spamming him), based solely upon the fact that a spam email he or she received included the same street address that is used by our business.
When he or she contacted me then, I explained that we did not spam him or her and that this address *** *** *** is a large office building and home to about businesses, not just oursI also explained at the time that the domain from which he or she was receiving the spam was not our domain or associated with us in any wayI even offered to assist this individual in tracking down the owner of the domain - and the originator of the spam - by running some network analytics on the domain from which the email originated, but I never received any examples of the spam with which to assist
