customer states that from the first bite in the wrap , she found a bug , and posted the add on yelp witch potential damage to our reputation ,
the fact that if there is anything it would be in the side salad ,as you can see in the attached picture she posted , she went thru the 1/half on of the wrap and most of the side salad , her story is nit consistent at all , keep in mind that she is talking on her alleged friends behalf we stand still on my statement is that this complaint has no merit and its initiated by our direct competitor who has been harassing us with complaints all over the this is because we just lunched the wrap section and got very successful if this person or the friend ages to delete the harmful review , we agree to give refund thanks
